1/03/10  Look for entry sheets for the CVAC February Meet on Feb. 13th at LRU.  They have been email, and extras may be found on the table at the pool.

1/03/10  Watch for schedule changes in practice related to LRU Basketball games.

1/03/10  CVAC Parent Booster scheduled for January 9th at 10 am at the pool.  Primary order of business is to discuss the upcoming February meet.
